How to Create Global Email Filter in cPanel
How To Create Filter
1) Login into your cPanel and click on Global Email Filters.
2) Click Create a New Filter
3) Enter the filter’s name in Filter Name.
4) Configure your filter’s rules and actions. 
5) Click Create to confirm your final changes.
